Alligator Soul has been proudly serving up its signature Nu' Awlins style cuisine and has been happily rooted here in Everett for more than a decade! The brain child and vision of the late Chef Hillary "Hilbo" Craig - Alligator Soul opened in the summer of 1995, fulfilling his dream of bringing a New Orleans style joint to the Northwest. We are a family proud to be notorious for good grub and great people always with the goal of treatin folks well and makin them feel welcome. Alligator Soul offers a true slice of New Orleans style cookin' and Southern hospitality. In February of 2005, Alligator Soul was purchased by Hilbo's brother-in-law, Rob Siegel and his managing partner, Chef Ryan Sturm. Since The Soul has been through a lot of growth including moving to our new location here on Broadway in downtown Everett. We thank our loyal customers, musicians, vendors, and contractors who have helped us create Alligator Soul. A very special thanks to our Gator Club members for your enthusiastic support of our special events.

Join the Gator Club! Proprietor Rob and Chef Ryan started the Gator Club to treat our guests to some unique Gator Club meals and events, such as our Cooking classes, Crawfish Boils and Chef's Tasting menus. To join the Gator Club and receive our monthly newsletter, just fill out a Gator Club card with your email address - and don't worry, we only use your email to send our own Gator Club info - then join us for the next Gator Club event. There's lots of food, live music, and unique dining experiences.
